We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Care Representative to join a team in Dothan, AL. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and fast-paced, multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. They are working night shift hours being 4pm - 12am Monday - Friday with no weekends!
