Personnel Resources is looking to hire Customer Care Representatives for a local logistics company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in Word and Outlook, and have great communication skills in person as well as over the phone.
They are offering pay starting at $14.00 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Requirements :
- Assist clients with their accounts over the phone
- Tracking shipments time of arrival and delivery information
- Monitor email to clear shipments are the arrive and provide main point of contact for moves internally and externally
- Secure customer payments and ensure the agent has accurate information
