We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a team in Enterprise, AL for a local retailer. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive experience for the customers.
Pay will start at $12.00 per hour and you will get between 30-40 hours each week. The store is open Monday-Friday 8am-6 : 30pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. You must be flexible to work any hours within this schedule. They also offer 7 paid holidays and a 401k plan for retirement!
Customer Support Representative Duties :
- Greet customers and assist them with dropping off their packages and printing documents
- Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide product information and assist with questions
