We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee commercial electrical projects in the Dothan, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading blueprints, managing a team of technicians, and handling primarily commercial projects with some residential work.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical teams on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
- Oversee and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
- Manage some residential projects as needed
- Maintain a company vehicle (drive home)
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical supervision (commercial focus)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Must be able to get clearance to be on Ft. Novosel
