Field Service Technician Responsibilities :
Extensive national travel required to meet project requirements based on customer vehicle availability.
Install electronic recording equipment on various vehicle types per manufacturer and customer specifications.
Read schematics and troubleshoot electrical components.
Work varying hours to accommodate customer needs.
Communicate installation progress to Project Manager and ensure timely documentation.
Record and upload data into company software.
Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Maintain client communication and meet daily / weekly installation quotas.
Field Service Technician Specific Skills :
Proficient with hand and power tools for extended periods.
Technical background in low voltage electronics / wireless networking preferred (training provided).
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
