Key Responsibilities :
- Post job openings, manage candidate requisitions, and coordinate interviews.
- Support supervisors in managing temp labor and staffing needs.
- Prepare attendance, absenteeism, and HR metrics reports.
- Process work hours for temp staff and maintain personnel files.
- Conduct new employee orientations and support onboarding.
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide policy / procedure guidance.
- Support supervisors with timekeeping and employment transactions.
- Foster relationships with employees and managers to coach on effective HR practices.
- Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
