We are hiring for an immediate opening as a HR / Payroll Assistant in Dothan, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing various office services such as stuffing payroll check stubs, scanning documents, validating payroll time entry, filing benefit paperwork, etc.
Job Description :
- Filing and scanning all employee paperwork to their employee file
- Stuff and mail all employee payroll check stubs weekly
- Process and setup garnishments
- Assist with auditing monthly statements and billing
- Complete all employment verifications
- Help process payroll for hourly and salary employees
- Maintain human resource files
- Log all reprimands and correct payroll deduction
- Organize all lease vehicle auto and insurance paperwork
