We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support a Project Management team with administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and ready to grow in a fast-paced professional environment.

Junior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers
- Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors
- Maintain and update project reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate project tasks such as ordering surveys, permits, and materials
- Prepare and issue purchase/work orders, invoices, and shipping requests
- Assist in compiling documents for permits and approvals
Junior Project Manager Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1 year of office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
