We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care & Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a team based out of Slocomb, AL! This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. While hours will generally be consistent, they may vary based on weather conditions. Job Duties :
- Lawn & Grounds Maintenance : Mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, hedge trimming, spraying herbicide, bush hogging, and checking irrigation weekly.
- General Maintenance : Painting, touch-ups, small repairs (woodwork, HVAC, light bulb replacements), and cleaning equipment. Tasks may be performed during bad weather or winter months.
- New Landscaping & Grounds Projects : Installing new landscaping, tree planting, small irrigation systems, fence projects, and other enhancements, especially in winter.
Equipment Provided : Full-service truck with all necessary lawn tools, tractors, Polaris rangers with mowers and spray tanks.
Qualifications : Landscaping experience, basic knowledge of irrigation and grounds maintenance. Ideal for someone comfortable with a variety of tasks and working outdoors year-round.
Must have prior work experience in these areas (lawn care, maintenance, landscaping) to be considered for this opening!
Salary : $37,440 - $41,600
