What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Portfolio Manager position at Personnel Resources?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee the administration of assigned loan portfolios in Dothan, AL. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief Credit Officer, Commercial Loan Officers, and the Credit Department, while supporting the CEO's strategic direction. The Portfolio Manager will guide loan requests through the approval process, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, and manage loan documentation and portfolio health.
Compensation & Benefits :
The pay for this position will range from $22 to $32 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, thye offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and disability insurance to support your well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and underwrite loan proposals.
- Provide financial analysis and prepare loan packages to support business growth.
- Guide loan structuring and mitigate risks in line with bank policies.
- Obtain appraisals and ensure compliance with third-party reports.
- Collaborate with Appraisal Manager and assist with their duties when necessary.
- Address loan concerns with Commercial Loan Officers and propose solutions.
- Assist in loan committee meetings and presentations.
- Oversee loan closing communications and finalizations.
- Ensure timely resolution of loan documentation and financial statement exceptions.
- Monitor and manage maturing and delinquent loans.
- Generate reports on assigned loan portfolios as needed.
