We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting, payroll, purchasing, and human resources. This role offers a competitive pay range of $20-25 / hr, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Office Administrator Key Responsibilities :

  • Accounting & Financial Management : Oversee accounts payable / receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Purchasing & Inventory Management : Manage office supplies, inventory, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
  • Human Resources : Support onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Administrative Support : Serve as a point of contact, coordinate meetings, travel, and office maintenance.

Office Administrator Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (must have hands-on experience with payroll, A / P, and A / R).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
  • Experience in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems proactively.
  • Office Administrator Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR-related role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
