We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for the busy tax season. You will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing essential clerical and client-facing support. While knowledge of taxes is not required, excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities :

• Retrieve prior years’ client tax files in preparation for next-day appointments.
• Meet with clients to deliver completed tax returns, obtain signatures, and collect fees.
• Copy, organize, and file completed tax returns into designated folders.
• Contact clients to notify them that their tax returns are ready for pickup.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as stuffing envelopes and assisting with other office duties as needed.
• Refile signed and completed tax returns.
• Mail out-of-state completed tax returns.
