Compensation :

Parts Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Identify and recommend parts and accessories based on customer needs
Process customer orders and handle payments
Maintain an organized and stocked parts counter
Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person
Process returns and exchanges
Keep accurate records of inventory and orders
Parts Counter Sales Associate Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or RV setting
