We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parts Counter Sales Associate to join a team in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing RV parts and accessories while providing excellent service.
Compensation:
- Pay starts at $20/hr, plus commissions based on sales performance
Parts Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify and recommend parts and accessories based on customer needs
- Process customer orders and handle payments
- Maintain an organized and stocked parts counter
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person
- Process returns and exchanges
- Keep accurate records of inventory and orders
Parts Counter Sales Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or RV setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of RV parts and accessories is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
