We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our distribution center, ensuring that products are fabricated, packaged, and shipped efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and package products according to company standards and specifications.
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and cranes safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Participate in order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packing for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment by following safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts (Cherry picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down, stand up in electric or propane). We will train you!
- Rf Scanner usage is preferable
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
