Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Location: Shelby & Kings Mountain, NC
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to perform general mechanical and building maintenance tasks for a local non-profit organization. This role involves working independently across two locations in Shelby and Kings Mountain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general mechanical maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate projects, contact vendors and provide quotes for repairs.
- Replace and install ballasts and switch lighting systems to LED.
- Complete painting and building maintenance tasks.
- Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in general mechanical and building maintenance.
- Has experience coordinating projects, gathering quotes and contacting vendors.
- Tools are provided by the employee.
- Ability to travel between two locations (Shelby and Kings Mountain).
