Pay Range: $13.00 - $15.00/HR

Responsibilities:
✔ Assist machine operators and production teams
✔ Perform quality control checks and ensure accurate labeling
✔ Pack, store, and handle materials safely
✔ Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dispose of waste properly
✔ Meet production goals set by management
Requirements:
✅ Prior manufacturing or paint experience is a plus
✅ Ability to lift 15-40 lbs and stand for extended periods
✅ Comfortable working in warm or high-humidity environments
✅ Dependable with a strong work ethic
✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
