We’re hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant for a warehouse facility in Shelby, NC. This role offers flexibility—you can start your workday first thing in the morning, around lunch, or later in the day. Enjoy a regular schedule of four hours per day, five days per week while earning $16.00–$18.00 per hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Collect, file, and maintain QA samples.
- Prepare and ship samples to customers.
- Monitor, track, and replenish factory and office supplies.
- Assist with other office duties as needed.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Administrative or clerical experience preferred; experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using common office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with public interaction.
