About the Role : Personnel Services Unlimited in now hiring a Retail Clerk to work for a local hardware store in Shelby, NC.
This temporary to permanent role offers full-time hours and pays $16.00 / HR with health insurance benefits, weekly pay, holiday pay, and referral bonuses.
Responsibilities include :
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
- Assist customers with DIY projects by sharing product knowledge, features, and benefits.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle credit authorizations.
- Help maintain organized and well-stocked shelves and clean and orderly stock rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
