ASSEMBLER
Rotating shift
5 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm, mandatory overtime as needed
19.81 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Mounts pump-motor and plumbing harnesses to acrylic andparts; solders and seals appropriate brass parts to harness fittings
- Assembles spa package with sub-assemblies to acrylic / RP part
- Mounts to habitat tops : lighting and wiring; plumbing; fan; and speakers
- Mounts to habitat backs : lighting and wiring; plumbing (mixer); control system and raindrop option; cabinet track and doors; and towel bar and brackets
- Assembles steam generator to metal frames; metal frame, drain and steam head to pan
- Assembles finished components with conventional hardware, fits doors and door track, makes inter-component wiring and plumbing connections, transfers finished unit to function test holding area
- Corrects leaks or failures whenever necessary
- Transfers parts and product as required to and from workstations, cure racks, and test and packing areas
- Maintains work area e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc in clean working condition
- Practices and follows all required safety regulations
- Performs all duties as assigned by supervision
- Assembles PVC Pipe with component parts
- Tests each unit : run test and pressure test
