At Personnel Services, we're looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring spaces are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure spaces are prepared by taking out trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces.
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
- Wash and sanitize sinks, toilets, and showers and restock disposables.
- Wipe mirrors and windows.
We use CMMS to review job completion and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
