MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Pay based on experience
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform final assembly of manufactured sub-assembly components and purchased parts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow written and oral work instructions accurately.
- Report directly to the Assembly Lead.
- Manage multiple priorities while handling interruptions effectively.
- Perform mechanical tasks to meet quality standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
- 1-2 years of electrical experience required.
- Understanding of motor operation is essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with or without accommodations.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in routing and connecting electrical harnesses.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in identifying and correcting assembly errors.
