Contract Administrator American Incorporated is an Industrial / Commercial multi trade contractor and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office. Preferably looking for a candidate that has previous construction office setting experience. Scope of Work includes : -Entering new projects in accounting software system and updating project information as needed-Create and track Change Requests, Change Orders, and RFI's -Issue Subcontract agreements for contractors-Issue and track PO's for material orders on projects-Process AP Vendor / Subcontractor invoices-Maintain project compliance including but not limited to bond issuances, business licenses, permits, certificates of insurance, certified payroll forms and submissions, project preliminary information, lien releases, DAS forms and submissions-Submit and track DAS information for compliance-Verify certified payroll reports in LCPCertified and enter information into the DIR's website-Project billings and collections-Typing up proposals to send to customers-Assist with project submittals and closeout documents as needed-Other administrative and office duties as directed by management-Work collaboratively with project managers and team on day-to-day operations as directed to help execute projectsQualifications : -Knowledge in Word, Excel, PDF, (Sage experience a plus)-Capable of handling multiple projects and supporting multiple team members in a fast-paced environment-Strong analysis and critical thinking skills-Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines, remaining organized and paying attention to detail-Ability to work well with others including management, staff, clients, vendors and contractors-Strong written and verbal communication skills; communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing-Basic data entry skills-Comfortable with math and calculations-Reliable
