Hours :

  • Monday –Thursday 10hr shifts 1st Shift.
  • Some weekends.

Compensation for Grinder / Welders :

  • 18.00 hr.
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity $1.00 pay increase after 90days.

    • Duties include :

  • Safely operate and maintain air supplied grinder. (adding oil, changing out grinding rocks / discs, RPM checks, etc.)
  • Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Remove worn components.
  • Load and unload machines with material.
  • Grind and buff material in preparation for additional process.
  • Complete daily production reports and preform daily inspection of equipment.

    • Required experience :

  • Prior welding experience and / or certification is required.
