Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport construction personnel to and from the job site in a timely manner
- Maintain thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing construction materials when needed
- Support job site operations with delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Perform basic maintenance checks and coordinate vehicle service schedules
- Maintain a clean and properly functioning vehicle at all times
- Communicate effectively with project teams regarding transportation needs and scheduling
- Follow all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety consciousness
- Provide exceptional service to internal team members during transport
- Assist with general construction support duties as assigned between transport runs
- Adapt to changing schedules and priorities based on project needs
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30-5:00 (50 hours per week)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, construction industry experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements
- Experience with passenger transport and understanding of associated responsibilities
- Familiarity with construction environments and basic site safety protocols
- Strong time management skills with ability to adapt to changing schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physically capable of assisting with various construction support tasks including, but not limited to:
- Housekeeping duties/aid in keeping the jobsite(s) clean
- Loading and unloading materials by hand or with equipment
- Assist with materials procurement, receiving, and proper storage and organization onsite
- Other various onsite duties that aid with project cleanliness and logistics
- Detail-oriented with focus on vehicle maintenance and safety compliance
- Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service

- Pay range: $22-24 per hour, plus overtime
