Responsibilities
- Coordinate all construction services and activities
- Manage construction crews.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Interface with Clients, Inspectors and Building Officials.
- Maintain daily log and weekly production.
- Drive cost effective techniques and strategies in field based off experience and knowledge of the business
- Maintain strict project schedule and make changes based on field conditions to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Manage all field operations for assigned projects.
- Control, manage and beat project budgets.
- Responsible for promoting and exhibiting an unwavering commitment to safety and to our core values of One Team, Grititude, Excited & Curious, Profound Authenticity, Transparent Communication, and Create Raving Fans.
- Estimating experience preferred.

Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
- Strong Communication ability
- Detail Oriented
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, projects, outlook and basic computer knowledge
- Must have experience working smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software.
- Must be highly organized, driven, and possess project ownership ability and take pride in the organization and its appearance, cleanliness and safety.
