Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle for complex industrial/commercial builds—from preconstruction to closeout.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project hand-off.
- Review and manage contracts, budgets, scopes of work, and buyout processes.
- Ensure timely setup of all project components and communication with field teams.
- Develop and manage CPM schedules using MS Project, P6, or related tools.
- Oversee cost tracking, change management, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Champion quality control, schedule adherence, and subcontractor performance.
- Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and permits.
- Drive safety culture with regular audits, corrective actions, and training support.
- Mentor and motivate team members while fostering leadership development.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale commercial/industrial construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple concurrent jobs.
- Deep knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
- Strong grasp of construction technologies and tools (Procore, Microsoft Project/P6, SharePoint, etc.).
- Exceptional communicator, relationship-builder, and problem solver.
