Responsibilities
- Coordinate all construction services and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
- Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to specification.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements.
- Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Maintain a daily log and weekly production reports to track project status and performance.
- Implement cost-effective techniques and strategies in the field, based on experience and knowledge of the construction industry.
- Ensure the strict adherence to project schedules, making necessary adjustments based on field conditions to meet deadlines.
- Manage all field operations for assigned projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Control project budgets and proactively work to meet or beat financial targets.

- Estimating experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial and renovation projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Familiarity with construction management software, with Procore experience preferred.
- Deadline-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and other basic computer tools.
- Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software.
- Must be highly organized, driven, and take ownership of projects, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order on-site.
- Must be willing to work in the Fort Myers, Florida area and travel to various locations as needed.
