Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Manage high volume, high turnover renovations and new builds
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Maintain daily log and weekly reports
- Maintain strict project schedule
- Previous, proven experience in construction supervision
- Familiarity with construction management software
- High-volume residential construction experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Willing and able to travel throughout the state of Florida on a regular basis
