What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Counselor position at Perspective Counseling Group?
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our team.
Perspective Counseling Group is a new group in the Yukon/ Mustang area looking to grow. We are founded by two Licensed Professional Counselors who have worked in several different counseling settings and have decided to take the good from each setting to create our own unique practice. We love the work, freedom and pay of private practice but have learned it can be a stressful and lonely journey. We enjoy the community and assistance of an agency but don't love the micromanaging and inability to have access or control over billing. Because of this, we have decided to create the best of both worlds. Perspective Counseling Group is a Group Private Practice where we can all come together to have a workplace community. We take private insurance only (no soonercare/ managed care) and will provide all of the credentialing and billing headache for you. Best of all, our counselors will have instant access to their own copays each day, have the freedom to create their own schedules and clientele and no micromanaging. We really strive to create a great atmosphere for counselors to grow and thrive.
