Compensation & Perks :

13.50 / hour Commission to start

Raise to $14 / hr after your first 90 days (to reward reliable & punctual employees)

We are CLOSED on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day adjusted hours for other holidays!!

Experience You'll Gain :

Sales & customer service

Experience in a spa or health / wellness

Proficiency in MindBody Online and Axle CRM

Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy

Being a part of the innovative boutique health & fitness community

We love candidates that already have these , but we are willing to train the right candidate!

We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours / week. The best applicants have WEEKEND & EVENING AVAILABILITY for 5-7 hour shifts.

Job Location : Perspire Sauna Studio East Cobb (1281 Johnson Ferry Rd Suite 112, Marietta, GA 30068)

Your Day Includes Tasks like...

Warmly greet customers by name

Check guests in and give studio tours

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership

Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)

Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions

Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)

Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests

Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area

Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates

Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance
