We Offer
Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthlyWhile in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere (typically they sell themselves-low pressure)Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio MembershipSet reservations and book follow-up appointments (Mindbody Software system experience a plus)Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcomeAdminister studio tours for new guestsAnswer all questions about services and the facilityMaintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna roomsMaintain and organize the facilitys towel supply areaWhen you're ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let's talk.
