Must have weekend availability and be flexible to pick up additional shifts as needed.
What Youll Do :
Sell memberships confidently in a commission-based environment
Connect with leads using our CRM (high-energy outreach)
Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas & memberships
Set reservations and book follow-ups
Provide welcoming studio tours to new guests
Maintain a clean, organized facility (sauna room turnover, towels, etc.)

Team player with an excellent attendance record
Must have weekend availability and be flexible to cover shifts as needed
