- Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy

- Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest (4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite C, ATX 78749)
- Shifts we are hiring for:
- AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)
- PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F)
- Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)
- Warmly greet customers by name
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership
- Sell memberships and earn commissions
- Use our CRM to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)
- Give each new guest a studio tour
- Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
- Assist with administrative duties such as texting and calling leads and membership assistance
- Expectation is for 20 calls made each shift
- Desire to positively contribute to our team-oriented environment - we love our team!!
- Appreciate a busy, yet calm & peaceful working environment
- Flexible availability to fill shifts and strong desire make money
- Enjoy helping our clients feel good by offering a health-focused service
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Completely comfortable with the sales process both in-person & over phone (don't worry, we'll train you on our scripts, but be comfortable making sales)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members
