- Saturdays & Sundays: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Ensure sauna rooms are cleaned and prepped after each guest, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Create towel bundles and ensure they are easily accessible for guests.
- Provide a warm and enthusiastic welcome to every client, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Assist Sales Associates with guest services and operational duties as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries and conduct studio tours for new visitors.
- A genuine passion for promoting wellness and creating positive experiences for others.
- A team-player mindset with a commitment to collaboration and excellence.
- Reliable attendance and a history of dependability in previous roles.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
