As the Wellness Studio Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales and community outreach efforts. Your passion for wellness, combined with your sales expertise, will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits of infrared therapy while growing our member base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue marketing opportunities at local events and wellness fairs.
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses and referral partners.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and grow our customer base.
  • Communicate the benefits of infrared saunas and convert leads into loyal members.
  • Engage with community organizations to promote our studio’s mission.
  • Work in the studio during shifts as needed, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to studio ownership, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for marketing and sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with proven CRM proficiency.
  • Reliable transportation to attend events and community outreach efforts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in driving sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
