Peru State College seeks a highly skilled individual to serve as the Chief Financial Strategist. As a key member of our financial operations team, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic budget plans that support the college's mission and goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required, along with prior experience in financial planning and analysis. Experience with governmental and fund accounting, as well as financial reporting, is strongly preferred.
This position is exempt from FLSA and offers a competitive salary range of $65 - $70,000 DOQ/DOE, plus an excellent benefits package.
