Preparing the biennial budget request, current budget projections, and future year budget analysis.
Assisting with establishing College initiatives by providing budget analysis.
- Performs budget loads and verifies payrolls.
- Prepares reports for the Board of Trustees meetings.
- Assists with compiling information for the annual audit.
- Daily reviews and posts accounts payable.
- Prepares select monthly accounting entries.
