We’re hiring a MES Engineer with extensive Syncade Recipe Authoring and eBR experience to work on a greenfield project in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. This role will lead the design, development, documentation, implementation, and validation of the MES.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ Emerson Syncade experience within a pharmaceutical environment is essential
- Design, author, and maintain electronic recipes using Syncade Recipe Authoring tools
- Lead eBR updates through ServiceNow App
- Provide troubleshooting and on call support as needed
- Optimize existing recipes for performance, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of recipes to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Experience working with other digital systems - SAP, LIMS, SQL, and DeltaV
- A strong understanding of Manufacturing processes and practices within a GMP environment.
- Experience integrating MES systems to other systems such as DCS, SCADA or ERP is highly beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
