We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator to report to the President of the company.

Prepare weekly staff meeting, keep minutes, remind staff about outstanding itemsEnter bills, process check runs in Quickbooks, ReconciliationCreate purchase orders and invoicesData-entry of customer contact information and notesAnswer phones, Emails, Customer inquiriesFiling, maintain office suppliesREQUIREMENTS :
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staffAttention to detail, organization ability a mustAccurate data entry skills requiredCandidate should possess excellent computer skills with experience in QuickBooksAbility to work Monday to Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pmContributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas5 year administrative experience preferredAble to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office requiredUnderstand accounting principlesExtensive knowledge of Excel (to combine, sort, and summarize large amounts of data).Keywords : admin assistant, scheduling, communication skills, administrative support, calendaring, MS Office, detail oriented, customer service, clerical skills, data entry, receptionist, invoice, office administration, HR, marketing, accounting, bookkeeping, accountant, assistant, executive assistant
