This role offers hands-on training alongside experienced professionals. This ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist lead technicians with the installation of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
Help clean, inspect, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems.
Observe and support diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues.
Organize and maintain company trucks to ensure they are stocked and ready each day.
Keep shop and office areas clean and organized.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job requirements :
Albe to work Monday - Friday : 40 hours per week.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced technicians.
Punctual and dependable for all scheduled workdays.
Pre-employment background check required.
Physical Demands :
Repeated lifting of heavy materials.
Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
Ability to work in various weather conditions on job sites.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred 1 years or related apprentice experience.
