We are a full-service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installation company. We are growing and looking to bring on a plumber. This is your chance to be part of a growing team that serves Middlesex County. Must have a Massachusetts Plumbing License.
Job Description :
This position requires going into clients' homes to help solve their plumbing problems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential plumbing systems, as well as complete assigned prevention maintenance and support with all installations. With this position, a company truck will be assigned, and a valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.
Job Responsibilities :
- Experience in residential service repair.
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of water and drain systems.
- Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.
- Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from the start of the project to the finished product.
- Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked company truck.
