Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Applicator to join our team. The Applicator will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to agricultural or residential areas. This role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to safety guidelines
- Operate hand tools and power tools for application
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns
- Maintain accurate records of applications and inventory levels
- Assist with sales efforts by promoting additional services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control, farm work, landscaping, or lawn care is preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
