Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join and build & lead our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control and lawn care services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional strategies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pest control and lawn care sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience with FieldRoutes is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
