What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician position at Pest Control Company?
Absolute Pest Control is a locally owned pest & wildlife control company. Our focus is on delivering a high level of service to our customers while providing a great working environment for our team members. We are seeking to add a Pest Control Technician to our growing team. We are looking for both individuals with experience to fill senior tech positions as well as those without prior experience. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be servicing our commercial and residential customers on a scheduled route with a company truck, applying pesticide, checking prior applications and looking out for new pest activity. A high level of interaction with our customers is to be expected, as you will identify the source of infestations, demonstrate our approach to solving their issue, and communicate measures to prevent that issue from reoccurring down the line. All services performed are documented electronically.
As a Pest Control Technician, experience a plus but is not required as training and certification will be provided. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Experience servicing pest control customers on a route
- A working knowledge of the region
- A clean driving record and current license
- The ability to project a friendly, professional presence and manage situations under pressure.
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Time management skills

Pay: $44,167.48 - $54,080.00 per year
