A Day in Your Life at Pest Control Geeks

As a Pest Control Technician, your day will be filled with opportunities to make a difference for our customers. Here's what you can expect:

• Come in with an eager and motivated attitude, ready to help inform and ease customer concerns.
• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience.
• Inspect and diagnose pest-related issues, relaying the findings to the customer in an easing and comforting manner.
• Listen to the customers' needs and concerns, adapting accordingly.
• Educate them on pest findings and elimination techniques based on integrated pest management (IPM) solutions.
• Treat areas of the house using proper IPM techniques in interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens. All services should be completed with accuracy and quality.
• Prepare service notifications for customers using our in-house software on provided cell phones for easy reading and detailed notes back at the office.
• Follow a pre-arranged schedule made by the office, completing jobs in a timely manner while still providing excellent customer service.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions. Maintain a motivated attitude by staying educated on industry trends, standards, newest products, and technology implemented by the company.
• Handle company equipment with respect while preserving proper cleanliness and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position as a Pest Control Technician at All U Need Pest Control, you must meet these minimum requirements:

- Valid driver's license

- Compliance with Drug-free workplace policies

- Prior experience is preferred but not required

- Personable nature with excellent customer interaction skills

- Pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

-Possessing clean driving record

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
