Job Description

PEST CONTROL FIELD SUPERVISOR

Starting Salary : $65,000 - $80,000 / yr. DOE

Location : New York City (Manhattan Office)

Job Duties :

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead a team of 10 field technicians.
Ensure exceptional customer service and team performance.
Manage and schedule routes for field technicians to ensure coverage during peak times.
Oversee all aspects of service delivery for the New York City branch.
Handle conflict resolution and ensure positive customer experiences.
Monitor and maintain high safety standards and service quality.

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in pest management.

Active 7A and 7F pesticide licenses.

Strong customer service experience (2 years).

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Notes :

Driving Supervisor role requires a valid NYS driver's license and off-street parking for a company vehicle.

Walking Supervisor role requires daily office reporting to Madison / E40th St.
