Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and traps.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during pest control operations.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about services offered.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care, farming practices, or farm machinery is a plus.
- Ability to operate both power tools and hand tools safely.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
