In this position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our entire marketing strategy from campaign creation to execution across digital, print, social media and email channels. You’ll collaborate with our CEO and other key players to align our marketing initiatives with business objectives and help position Pest Daily as the go-to platform in the industry. Additionally, you'll lead a dynamic team of social media experts, content creation specialists and video production pros, to help grow our brand and increase our visibility.

Responsibilities at a Glance:

  • Developing marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals. Plan campaigns, set goals and identify target audiences to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Campaign management: Lead the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email and other channels. Collaborate with creative teams, manage budgets and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitor strategies. Use data to inform marketing plans and improve performance.
  • Brand management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image by developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Manage public relations and media communications to boost brand perception.
  • Content creation and management: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, videos and brochures, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Digital marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing and website optimization. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Budget management: Manage the marketing budget by allocating resources efficiently across campaigns. Track ROI and adjust spending as needed to maximize results.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and brand awareness. Provide regular reports to senior management on the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Customer engagement and relationship management: Engage with customers through various marketing channels to build relationships, drive brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation and trend monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools and new technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in marketing management with proven success in campaign execution and brand management
  • Expert level in HubSpot 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and content marketing
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Experience with budget management and optimizing marketing ROI
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation
