Pest Control Firm seeks Customer Service/Scheduling Representative
Customer Service/Scheduling Representative needed for local pest management firm. We are looking for a trustworthy, motivated self-starter who is great at multitasking and has exceptional customer service skills. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications as well as be able to learn new industry specific applications. Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean background. Pay based on experience.
Duties would include helping to answer the phones and assist customers, scheduling service technicians for appointments, maintaining service records, and more.
