Duties:
- Evaluates situations by inspecting conditions, identifying additional problems, determining causes, analyzing treatment and prevention options, and executing the proper treatment.
- Completes records by recording the required information.
- Maintains quality results by adhering to company standards.
- Maintains safe work habits by following company standards.
- Resolves customer dissatisfactions by investigating complaints and identifying solutions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.

Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean background, and have a valid NC driver's license (with a good driving record). Experience preferred but not required.
