Job Description:
Position Overview: The Service Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by efficiently overseeing the routing of our service professionals for their daily schedule. Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, able to handle a variety of tasks and personalities, and have strong organizational skills for routing efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, back up and be able to route for any of our service areas in the absence of any of the routing administrators.
- Support routing admins in Tech Support Teams chats as well as in tech phone queue
- Check daily that previous day skips have been re-routed into future schedules
- Go through service professionals schedules day prior to help with adjustments, mistakes, etc.
- Provide feedback to other departments on training opportunities (Customer Service, Sales Admin, etc)
- Work with Branch Managers/Service Managers to establish plans for completion when needed
- Work with Data Administration on migrations of incoming acquisitions
- Audit ticket counts for duplicates, multiple services (for efficiency) and error tickets throughout the month

- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing service professionals’ time.
- Excellent keyboard and data entry skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn industry specific software.
- Positive out-going team player!
Experience and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Previous experience in a service routing role would be an advantage.
